Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. CST, and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. CST. Early check-in or late check-out is not available unless pre-arranged.
An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
Yes, a $500 CDN damage deposit is required at the time of booking. It is fully refundable within seven days of your departure, provided there is no damage to the unit.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations within 30 days of the stay.
Our condo has a maximum occupancy of six (6) people. Unauthorized overnight guests will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
No, we do not permit pets or smoking of any kind (including vaping) in the rental unit.
Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, the unit is equipped with in-suite laundry facilities, and additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
No, refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to weather events such as hurricanes or storms. We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of all payments, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
Guests are asked to place all debris and rubbish in the dumpster and ensure all soiled dishes are cleaned in the dishwasher to help prevent pests.
